| While some in Brisbane were in climbing over the new boats at the boat show or gazing in awe at the fireworks for river-fire, a sizeable gathering of Whittley owners were at Noosa for the weekend and enjoyed the sun, music, and a relaxing weekend. The Noosa Jazz festival was on and provided some very good music. Hastings Street restaurants were also hosting good Jazz entertainment. Noosa river and in particular Woods Bay were like a mill pond - quite a contrast to Moreton Bay and the Broadwater on the weekend where it was quite windy. It was good to see quite a turn-out for the club and to catch-up with some new members or those we don't often get to see. |
